MICAS Agent Management Console Introduction

The MICAS Agent allows bi-directional communication between MICAS and mulitifunction printing devices (MFPs) in real-time. It can register multiple MFPs at once, offers more frequent support (depending on model), and features an interactive Dashboard. The MICAS Agent also expands device support, allowing support for both Sharp and OEM devices.
