For first time users, the MICAS Agent will perform a network search of all MFPs within the customer's location. The Agent will list all MFPs on the Device page.
IMPORTANT! - Once a device is registered, it cannot be unregistered manually. Contact your servicing dealer for assistance. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to register each device individually unless all devices in fleet will run on MICAS.
